MOOCH
Welcome to MOOCH, this is a privately owned social networking site/app. Think of this site as having an open invitation to a private party / house.

MOOCH has no contractual or legal obligations to you as a user, Moocher or member of this site / app. The site/ app are free to use and do not share your data or sell advertising space. It is therefore not being run as a business.

The terms and conditions of MOOCH are simple:

You are only permitted to join and use the site with the permission of the owner and CEO, who can withdraw consent at any time.

Consent is given on condition that

(a) you adhere to the "debate no hate" requirement; and that

(b) you do not breach the law in the countries this site operates in; and that

MOOCH doesn't need your data. MOOCH doesn't need to sell ads. MOOCH doesn't need to snoop in your lives. MOOCH doesn't need to give you false information to sell an ideology. The only ideology the CEO has ever bought into is that maybe world peace would be achieved if politicians were better people, who did better, to achieve better. That's it. #JustMOOCH

If your post(s) commit a minor breach, the CEO can unilaterally decide to simply remove the post without notice to or discussion with you. If you exhibit behaviour which is of concern (aggressive, offensive, threatening), the CEO may choose to discuss this with you or remove your account. Both are the CEO's decision and final. There is no appeal process. The permission granted to you to use this site can be withdrawn without explanation or reason. The site is a privately owned networking site. By using this site you accept there is no appeal, no recourse in any form including the courts, and no right to challenge the decision ofthe CEO. The CEO has a right to delete/ remove people for any reason, especially if they are A-holes or if they are creating a negative atmosphere.

If you breach the law or terms applied within this site, MOOCH has the unilateral right to delete your account - and content- without notice, explanation or compensation. #Oopsie

Your deemed consent: Your posts, photos, videos and content are shared on here with the agreement that they are your content, which you have publicly shared for use on the site. If your account is deleted, your content is also automatically deleted. You may wish to ensure you have a copy of any material you wish to keep permanently. You are also deemed to consent to the decisions made by the CEO in respect of this site, including if a decision is made to ban you, your business, your account and / delete your account and information. You are deemed to consent to your email being saved on this site/ app, which will only be deleted if you are banned.

However, MOOCH does support your rights, including freedom of expression and association, and will only delete you if you're really bad.

There's no appeal process: this is a simple site, a simple business and the CEO needs to keep the costs to a minimum. #JustMOOCH

Don't badly misbehave if you want to continue using this site. Think of it like this: If you were invited to my home, you'd be welcome to speak up and express yourself, as long as you were not (constantly) swearing, aggressive or intentionally offensive. In return, I'd listen and consider your position, and we would debate. It's called being a balanced grown up. We would hopefully both learn something from the interaction, or at least have found it a pleasant or an engaging experience. That's basically what we aim to have on this app/ site when people are debating.

Targeting people or groups of people based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual preferences, country of origin is not ok. Hateful behaviour towards people is not ok. Remember the CEO and MOOCH don't need to worry about number of users, because we aren't selling you anything or selling your data. We won't hesitate to delete bullies, haters, trolls and fascists. In fact, the CEO would delight in it. The CEO hates fascism. And A-holes. Seriously.

If you view the site as a friendly place, we shall all get along. And if you don't. Well there are plenty of other places to go. Please go there!

That all said, by using the site you accept that you are responsible for your own actions, the consequences thereof, and that this site - including its CEO and the people who work with / for MOOCH - owes you no legal or contractual duty whatsoever. We are not liable, we will not compensate, we will do nothing other than facilitate this site in accordance with what we have said.

Please enjoy the site and don't worry, most people are actually good people, and even if the debate gets a bit heated, that's ok. It's all ok as long as you Debate Without Hate ❤️
